Systemic Inequities of Women with Histories of Substance Use Disorder at the Intersection of Arrest: Scope of the Problem and Direction for Research & Practice

Presenter: Dr. Allison Crawford, PhD, RN is a prior obstetrical nurse and current T32 Provost Early Career Postdoctoral Fellow with the School of Nursing at the University of Texas at Austin. Her research is focused on addressing systemic inequities in childbearing populations influenced by incarceration. Most recently, she is working on applying developing a mobile health application to address sexual health disparities and violence in female populations on community supervision using precision health methodology.
